A non-profit organization dedicated to rescuing abandoned and orphaned kittens, pregnant cats, and mama cats in the New York Capital Region and surrounding areas. All of our Kitten Angels are in foster homes or at one of our Pet Partner locations. Our organization is run completely by volunteers; we have no paid employees. You can go online to Petfinder to see some of our available cats for adoption, or you can follow us on both Facebook and Instagram to stay up to date.
Adoption applications are available online or in person at any of our partner stores. An approved adoption application is REQUIRED in order to adopt one of our angels. An adoption fee of $175 must be paid at the time of adoption by either CASH or CHECK. All of our adoptable animals are up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, have been tested for FeLV/FIV, and have been spayed or neutered. Medical records will be released with the adopted pet.
Please make sure to include as much information as possible, even if it is not noted as required, so that the adoption coordinators can best assess which angel is right for you. As a friendly reminder, the approval of an application from Kitten Angels does not constitute a commitment or contract for the adoption of any particular kitty. Every adoption is of course contingent on a meet-and-greet, and fosters and volunteers do get the final okay for any adoption, even if approved through Kitten Angels, as they are the most familiar with their kittens’ personalities. All approved applications are good for 6 months.
